The Futurelets

Remote Desktop Shortcut

The .RDP files listed below will, when run, automatically open a Remote Desktop session using the default RDP client installed on the computer. For Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 8 this is the Remote Desktop Connection client.

Simply save the files to your desktop and double click to establish a Remote Desktop session to the Futurelets server:

If this is the first time you have used the RDP files on a computer you may be presented with a warning dialog advising that you are about to share your local disk drive with the remote machine - this allows you to transfer files to and from the terminal server through Windows Explorer.

Note: Choosing to share your drives does not allow other users to access files on your computer - only you have access.

Cisco Contact Centre

The Cisco Contact Centre is a webpage that FutureLets Ltd staff need to access, when using the Telehone System in the office. Below is the shortcut to the Contact Centre, which staff will need to download and save to their desktops.
