Technical support for LIW is available through the Systems and Networking department based at the Enterprise Centre. The Systems & Networking team can be contacted through the helpdesk.
The Systems & Networking team use an online helpdesk system to facilitate fast and effective troubleshooting of issues that arrise. From within a remote desktop session simply open the web browser and type 'helpdesk'.

The Helpdesk is based in the Enterprise Centre building, room IC201.
We now offer two methods of submitting a ticket; either via email, or website. Email us at 'CUE Helpdesk', or browse to the Support Website (note: this only works from on-site or via a CUE Terminal Server session)
